Jobza is a job update and career information platform operated and managed by the Jobza Admin team.

All job updates, hiring notifications, and career-related content published on Jobza's website, WhatsApp Channel, and social media platforms are posted only by the Jobza Admin. External users, companies, or candidates cannot directly publish job posts on the platform.

The purpose of Jobza is to:

• Share job openings and hiring updates
• Provide career-related information
• Notify users about employment opportunities
• Build employment awareness through digital platforms

Jobza works as a job information and recruitment support platform.

Jobza is associated with and supported by Jobza HR Solutions for recruitment-related activities and hiring coordination.

Certain job openings shared on Jobza may be managed, processed, or coordinated through Jobza HR Solutions or its recruitment partners.

However, final hiring decisions, interview selection, salary structure, and employment terms remain solely under the control of the hiring company.

Companies and recruitment partners associated with Jobza or Jobza HR Solutions are responsible for:

• Conducting interviews
• Candidate selection
• Salary negotiations
• Offer letters
• Joining formalities
• Employment policies

Jobza and Jobza HR Solutions shall not be held responsible for

• Candidate rejection
• Offer withdrawal
• Employment termination
• Salary disputes
• Internal company policies

Users must not:

• Misuse Jobza branding or logo
• Copy or repost Jobza content without permission
• Share fake recruitment information
• Abuse platform admins or users
• Use Jobza for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes

The Jobza name, logo, QR codes, promotional designs, social media content, website materials, and branding elements are the intellectual property of Jobza.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Users agree that Jobza may use provided contact information for:

• Recruitment communication
• Career updates
• Important announcements

Communication may happen through

• Phone calls
• SMS
• Email
• Social media platforms

Jobza will make reasonable efforts to protect user information but cannot guarantee third-party platform security.

Jobza and Jobza HR Solutions are not liable for:

• Fake recruiters or scams by third parties
• Financial losses
• Candidate travel or accommodation expenses
• Technical issues on WhatsApp or social media platforms
• Delays in recruitment processes
• Actions or policies of hiring companies

Users access and use the platform at their own responsibility.

Jobza reserves the right to modify, update, or remove these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed under the laws of India.

Any disputes related to Jobza shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra, India.
